The Design
Process
1 / BRIEFING & SITE ANALYSIS
An initial meet and greet consultation, allows us to discuss and compile a scope of works for your project. Whether building or renovating, the existing site conditions and/or proposed plans will be analysed in-depth as we provide a room by room breakdown on the functional requirements and vision for each space.

2 / SPATIAL PLANNING
Refining the floorplan layout is crucial in ensuring it works ideally for its purpose. Spatial planning allows for us to understanding how the individuals will move through their home and plan for proposed furniture placement.
3 / CONCEPT DESIGN
During this stage we begin to curate a materials & finishes palette, drawing on inspiration from mood boards. We source beautiful tactile materials that create the aesthetic of each space which reflect on the client/s style and personality.

4 / DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Further developing the design, we provide an initial draft, including 2D & 3D renders to communicate the design direction as well as applying proposed materials & finishes, such as flooring, tiles and joinery colours.

5 / DESIGN DOCUMENTATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Here we prepare detailed drawings including floorplans, elevations and joinery design, together with schedules to communicate all design details. We specify in accordance with the drawings, all materials, finishes, fixtures, fittings & appliances to be used so that the client/s, builder and contractors have all necessary details ensuring a seamless process.

6 / FURNITURE PROCUREMENT & STYLING
For this final stage in our design process, we offer the opportunity to source furniture & accessories needed to complete & style your home. We can work together to design custom window and soft furnishings ensuring that all elements of your home are a tailored reflection of your personality and lifestyle.
